The purpose of our website is to provide a platform that will (i) allow its users seeking employment opportunities to upload various types of personal information and share this information with potential employers; and (ii) allow potential employers to review and interact with users seeking employment opportunities.
As part of our subscription and registration process, you might be asked to voluntarily submit personal information, including, but not limited to, user name, password, first and last name, email address, street address, gender, occupation, interests, name and information about you and any other data (collectively, “Personal Information”).
This is a contract, right?
Yep – you’ve done your homework! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and Ostadi, Inc. (“Ostadi,” and sometimes, when we’re feeling especially friendly, “we” and “us”). You must agree and accept all of the Terms, or you don’t have the right to use the Services. Your using the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services.
If you don’t like the new Terms, you are free to reject them – unfortunately, that means you won’t be able to use the Services anymore. If you use the Services in any way after a change to the Terms is effective, then please remember that means you agree to all of the Terms.
Except for changes by us as described here, no other amendment or modification of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us.

When Teachers submit a mandate and make a payment, they are purchasing a package that allow them to use advanced functionalities for their own non-commercial usage. All custom services are from a 3rd party integration who, upon payment, transfer all rights, ownership, and copyright claims regarding the commission to us. It is important to remember that packages are non-refundable and do not come with an expressed or implied warranty of any sort.
Payment Privacy: As payment to Ostadi is handled by a third-party processing firm, Ostadi neither retains nor provides to any individual or firm the billing and payment information that Users make use of when using the services.
Non-refundable Commissions: Due to the time associated with activating accounts, as well as the absence of any guarantee, packages purchased from Ostadi are not subject to refund under any circumstance. If a package does not meet Teacher’s initial guidelines, however, the Admin will adjust it as long as it falls within the original scope of the project.
If a Teacher does not transfer payment to an Admin within 48 hours of a subscription completion, without making a claim to the site’s administrator regarding an impropriety, Ostadi reserves the right to transfer the user role directly to the free one. Claims are made by going to the Contact Us page.
